Here are a few things you should know before shopping.

1. It Girl Hair Vanity is a 100% VIRGIN Hair Company.

2. Our hair is able to be bleached and dyed, however, we highly recommend you have past experience or get it professionally done to avoid any faults on your end. 

3. We're online-based, but SOME items will be "ON HAND". On-hand items will be shown on our Instagram story/page or in the description section beneath the item.

4. If items are for pre-order, this whole process will take 2-7 business days. (Shipping and pick up). Any additional updates will be sent to your email. 

5. Please read the description below the item of your interest. Shipping information and on-hand details will be placed there. (Ex: "ON HAND" or " PRE-ORDER Shipping 2-7 days")

6. If items are on hand, you can PICK UP at a time that works for the two of us. If it is on hand and being SHIPPED to you via USPS it can take up to 2-5 days depending on your shipping location.

7. Shipping can take up to 2-7 days if they aren't on hand, which is PRE-ORDER. 

8. ORDERS MADE THROUGH KLARNA AND AFTERPAY HAVE A 2-4 DAY PROCESSING TIME!!!! THEN 3-4 DAYS FOR SHIPPING!!!

9. Once your order is shipped and you receive a tracking number, please pay attention to your tracking information. Once your order has been shipped out, IGHV has done our job and it is no longer in our hands. However, we will try our very best to help you, please get in contact with the shipping company first. 

10. We're very understanding, please email or DM us regarding any issues with your hair. However, you should know depending on the situation you may be able to receive a PARTIAL REFUND, or a percentage off if you wish to order again. We will not accept returns or give refunds for hair already tampered with.

11. Please understand that placing an order with us and receiving your order from us means you are understanding and accepting of our store policies.
